Saying “I Do” In Tuscany

 Tuscany is different…it simply cannot be described; it needs to be experienced.

 As a native wedding photographer here in Tuscany, I’m always excited to share my experiences of this incredible land with others. Agriturismo il Rigo in particular holds a special place in my heart. Though humble, the atmosphere it exudes is intimate and warm. Ranging from rustic winding roads to breathtaking Tuscan villas and beyond, Agriturismo il Rigo provides an authentic backdrop of picturesque landscapes and unparalleled beauty.

From the captivating sunset over rolling hills to the ancient villas and farmhouses embedded into this timeless landscape – it stands to reason why Val D’orcia was added in 2004 to the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. But even more, why thousands upon thousands of engaged couples have selected this sensational area to encapsulate the biggest day of their lives.

Tuscany is an exquisite landscape that offers endless possibilities to capture life’s most illustrious memories. The “La Dolce Vita”

Tuscany is truly home to some of the most stunning scenery in the world, and just so happens to be one of the best places to get married. While wedding planning can certainly be stressful, you will definitely feel at ease when you step into the Mediterranean-chic atmosphere of this beautiful region. The locals’ mantra of ‘riposino’ – a siesta or nap during midday – speaks volumes about how tranquil this place is.

Whether it be wine-sipping with your favorite people in Agriturismo il Rigo or slow strolling through charming Val D’orcia villages, there are plenty of ways to make sure you enjoy every second of your stay in Tuscany before AND after your big day. When it’s time for the ceremony itself, you can rest assured that Italy’s famous culture and elegance will come through in spades for an unforgettable experience.

 Capturing a couple’s love story beneath the Tuscan sun is an experience that is as surreal as it is natural, and it is an honor for me to be able to freeze those moments that can be looked back on forever.
